Description: Fragment of a brazier or a fire container which was used for cooking in the eastern region of the Mediterranean Sea. The expressive face, pressed from a mold, depicts the portrait of a Papposilenus with long braided, protruding beard. The eyes staring from thick brows, which continue straight to the broad nose. The hair is curly and cascading sideways. The pointy ears looking out. The decoration was probably on a handle on the inside of the brazier.
