Description: Attic black-figured skyphos on a broad, profiled ring foot with a short tuned in shoulder and horizontal, slightly upwards curved handles. The image area depicts on both sides a warrior in a chariot, which is pulled by four horses (“Quadriga”). Left and right thereof palmettes. The inside, the handles, the rim and the upper side of the ring foot black glazed. See for the type of the skyphos in the Prague National Museum with the inventory number NM-H10 2304.
