Description: Fibula of a square wire with two opposing coiled spiral discs. Between the spirals sits a double loop. From one of the spiral centres the wire continues as the pin. The catch-plate at the other spiral is formed by a hook-shaped bent wire-end. Brooches like the present one were widespread during the Late Bronze Period to the Early Iron Age in Southeast Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Italy up to Greece.
