Condition: Fragment of beautiful quality.
Description: Large granodiorite fragment of a royal ushabti from the 25th dynasty. The arms are crossed over the chest and holding each a flagellum. The full, round face with fine features, broad nose, full lips and a long, false beard. The broad face framed by a voluminous, tripartite wig, which strands falling to the front, leaving the high set, large ears exposed. Between the wig’s ends incised lines indicating the collar jewellery on the chest. Mounted. At the bottom several written collection labels.
