Condition: Completely intact with beautiful patina.
Description: The stylized stag stands with elongated legs on a small point. The back is also straitened, the mouth cylindrical. The powerful antler has in total ten ends pointing steeply upright. On the back a tail stump. Eyes and ears are depicted as round lugs. As reference see the famous silver stag from the kings tombs in Alacahöyük in the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara. Bronze stags like this one represent deities and were probably carried as standards during processions. Bronze casting with cold work.
