Provenance: Collection Dusan Jovanovic, Vienna. Acquired in the 1970s. Since then in a family estate.
Condition: A large fragment repaired and reattached, small chips.
Description: Early-Neolithic, thick walled light clay bowl of the Starčevo culture. The base flat, the round corpus with a distinct bend in the middle. Above the bend encircling flutes, below five pierced “pairs of eyes”. With remains of white and red-brown color. Possibly from the region of Supska-Stublina.
