Condition: Beautiful, dark green patina, intact.
Description: Exquisite Roman bronze statuette of a dancing Eros. The youthful god stands on his left foot and bouncing his upper body in full swing to the right, while his right foot counter turns to the left. In his left hand holding a sharp stick (strigil?). His hair parted in the middle, on the back of his head open curls. The wings protruding, the eyes with original silver inlays. Mounted on a base from the 19th century.
