Condition: Head professionally and hardly visible reattached, otherwise of very beautiful quality.
Description: Hand modelled terracotta figure of a male dignitary with a high, pointy headdress. His chin with a painted black beard is angularly protruding, the big nose bulbous. The eyes are painted on in black. The ears are round and protruding. The body is tubular, legs are not recognizable. At chest level the figure expands with broad, semi-circular shoulders, from where the arms are sideways on the body. Beautiful remains of red and black paint on stomach, arms and shoulder.
